Award winning affordable housing in Gillingham.

This  new affordable housing scheme was designed to be architecturally distinctive from the surrounding development by following a curve that is created by the street forming two arcs creating an 'S' layout. 

The houses utilise buff coloured bricks with red brick detailing and slate roofs. Each house incorporates a balcony.

The 16 houses were built for Signpost Housing Association.

Awards: North Dorset District Council Design Award 2002, Winner 'Housing' Category.
