A contemporary minimal, one-off, four-bed house replaces an ageing 60s bungalow in Chesterfield Close within the Branksome Park Conservation Area in Poole, Dorset.
It opens-up, maximising views into the garden with solar gain towards the southern elevations. The contemporary minimal house is set over three floors and has footprint of around 550sqm. It is constructed in a supporting steel frame with masonry infill. The exterior skin is clad in local Purbeck limestone and pre-patinated Zinc cladding.
