Award winning home in a modern seaside architectural style designed to maximise views over Poole Harbour.

Kudos and its 'sister' home Aura were built in 2007 for a high-end Poole based local Developer.

This award winning house’s principal rooms over two storeys face South-West and adjoin a distinctive spine wall. The roof terrace provides views and takes advantage of the southerly aspect. The building footprint is designed to accommodate existing trees and form a natural butterfly entrance. Materials consist of white render, timber clad walls, zinc solar roof and structural glass balustrades.
