The original planning approval was gained by another practice but developers Wyatt Homes asked Western Design Architects to examine the site and see if additional approvals could be found.
WDA were able to demolish an existing barn and re-create it as a new build with three large residential units.
Two additional houses were built on the site of previously approved garages. One of these is probably the smallest house ever constructed by Western Design up to that point. Another large flat was created over the top of a garage block and Western Design provided Building Regulations and construction drawing service for several of the other houses on the site.
The houses were completed in 2007.
