On this greenfield exception site named after the son of the landowner, Neil’s View contains two separate developments of 14 and 12 new traditional dwellings with parking and new access road. This provides affordable housing for rent and shared ownership by two housing associations.
There are small groups of dwellings with parking courts behind, incorporating flats, bungalows and terraced houses. Designed with the traditional forms and materials associated with the existing village vernacular, all houses take advantage of the views and sun path.
