Conversion of Listed pub with new housing at rear
Change of use of former White Horse Pub to form two dwellings to enhance the listed structure and three new detached dwellings to rear with associated parking and amenity space.
The single storey rear extensions to the Grade II Listed Pub have been demolished as these later additions make no positive contribution to the listing.
The three new family homes to the rear of the site are designed to have a subservient modern vernacular appearance with timber clad walls and sheet metal roofs.
Planning permission for the scheme was granted in October 2021.
