Western Design have worked on this site since 1988 and have constructed 116 houses in different styles and layouts including a purely affordable scheme. We masterplanned and gained detailed planning approval for a further 283 units including affordable houses and apartments.

In addition, WDA designed and converted listed historic barns into an art centre at for Totton College, a tennis centre and public park with children’s splash pool.

This scheme is pedestrian friendly with cars limited to 10mph and kept away from main public spaces in parking courts. The project is designed to make maximum use of views and vistas to connect to the art centre, housing public park and sports centres, all designed by WDA.
