An elegant three-storey fully glazed entrance extension allows natural light into the building whilst a striking protruding fin wall provides a prominent advertisement location for our clients. The red brick facades of the main building were painted a combination of dark and light grey to lower the overall impact of the building and give a clean contemporary aesthetic.
The gain in internal floor area provides office workers with an enhanced experience including state of the art business lounge. Arena Business Centre were able to take the improved spaces formed by WDA and personalise them with their own brand and corporate identity.
