Bridge Street, Avon Warf

We are pleased to have been granted planning permission at Christchurch Borough Council Planning Committee against an officer recommendation for refusal. 


The works proposed the change of use from B1 Business to C3 Residential of a Grade II Listed property situated within the Christchurch Central Conservation Area and flood zone 3.  


Works included internal alterations to the layout of the property and a new contemporary balcony to the rear overlooking the private mooring on the River Avon.
