These aerial photographs of our housing development at Bumpers Lane, Portland in Dorset look fantastic.
They give a great overview of the progress being made by our client on this former quarry site. 71 new quality dwellings are being built, the majority of which are finished with locally sourced Portland Stone and many of the houses are arranged around an attractive landscaped central green.
Much needed affordable housing is provided on a tenure blind basis across the site. A new wildlife pond with view across the open sea is provided to the south of the development whilst to the east, enhancements are being made to the Silklake SNCI and improved access provided to the England Coastal Path.
