Commercial Planning Approval, Basingstoke

Planning permission was granted by Basingstoke & Deane District Council for a major facelift to 'The Square' in Basingstoke. The permission includes 

• New insulated white rendered façade at ground level incorporating new glazed feature entrance.
• Replacement dark grey powder coated aluminum glazing to comply with updated energy efficiency standards.
• Existing red brick stair tower to be covered with insulated grey render.
• Existing red brick parking structure to be painted white, and clad with perforated metal, white mesh façade.
