Dorchester Factory Regeneration

Outline Planning Approval has been gained to demolish a former Flax factory on St Georges Road in Dorchester.

The approval is for 8 attractive, traditional style new homes and amenity space in this desirable location.

The proposal comprises of two detached three bed houses, one semi-detached three bed house, three semi-detached two bed houses and two one bed flats. Each of the houses will have two car parking spaces and the flats will have one each.

The mobile park homes, show lorries and vans currently used by an extended family of travelling show people will be relocating to a more attractive site.
