Planning Approval for extension

Western Design are really pleased to have received planning approval for a two-storey extension and new conservatory to a brick and flint house in Winterborne Kingston, Dorset.

The extension forms an annexe for an elderly relative and has been designed with accessibility and ease of adaption in mind. This includes the stairs being wide enough to accommodate a stair lift in the future. The self-contained annexe has internal access to the main house. The design of the extension is in keeping with the existing house.
