Marathons for the Mind

Aiming to raise general awareness and much needed money for two mental health charities, MIND and Holton Lee Livability, Peter Thompson will be running  44 marathons across 44 European countries in 44 consecutive days. 

Starting in St Petersburg in Russia on April 1^st 2017, he will be running over 1150 miles, taking 21 trains, 12 flights, 5 buses, 5 cars and 1 ferry - a truly inspirational undertaking.  We met Peter at the formal opening of the Western Design Architects works at Holton Lee Livability in February and are now proud to be sponsoring the opening stage in Russia of his mammoth European expedition.
