Class Q Barn Conversion

Using the Prior Approval process, permission has been granted by North Dorset District Council for the change of use of an agricultural barn to a new large family house in Marnhull.

The case was made that the required building works would constitute a conversion and not a rebuild, therefore allowing the reuse of a redundant building in open countryside.  The property will have panoramic views across open countryside and the River Stour.
