Northbrook Business Park

Working with planning consultants Luken Beck, Western Design Architects have successfully gained planning permission for 3,500sqm (37,700sqft) of new Class B1 (light industrial) and B8 (storage and distribution) buildings in at Northbrook Business Park near Bentley, Farnham. 

Part single storey and partly two storey the new buildings will have a rendered blockwork plinth with timber cladding whilst significant native hedge and tree planting will be provided to help screen the development from the surrounding countryside.  These new buildings will allow luxury lighting and furniture designers Porta Romana to expand their head quarter operations
