Spring Cottage, Okeford Fitzpaine
Chapel extension complete
After many years of negotiation with the local planning authorities, as well as several structural impediments that were unearthed during the building regulations application and construction process, Spring Cottage is finally complete.
In 2011 the chapel was converted in to a residence. WDA were appointed in 2014 to extend the chapel. The result was a fabulous two storey extension with glass link. The new building is clad in timber to reflect the use of the material on the existing chapel.
We look forward to revisiting the property once the landscape is complete.
