On site at a new Crematorium, Dorset
Harbour View Woodland Burial Ground
The new woodland burial chapel and crematorium north of Poole is underway on site and has now emerged from the ground. Landscaped earth bunds will envelop the building, linking the building directly to the landscape.
Conceived as a floating island, the chapel will be surrounded by a moat that widens to become a reflecting pool at the southern end of the site. This will be the first crematorium to open in Dorset for more than 30 years
We look forward to the opening scheduled for Autumn 2017.
