Permission for 500 houses in Weymouth

Western Design Architects are pleased to announce planning permission has been granted for up to a further 500 houses at Curtis Fields in Weymouth. This is in addition to the 180 already granted permission last year on a different area of the site.   

Our Client Betterment Properties (Weymouth) Ltd are delighted with the outcome. With 30% affordable housing provision, this will provide a significant boost to local housing provision.  The development also includes contributions to the local school, sports facilities and will include a neighbourhood area of play and large area of public open space.
