Planning Legislation

We have been involved in a number of permitted development rights applications which through a process of prior approval, have allowed offices and also agricultural buildings to be converted into new homes.  However, this planning relaxation is due to expire and such works will need to have begun on or before 30th May 2016.  After this date, full planning permission will be required.
