Fantastic news after a prolonged planning process.

Planning permission has been granted for the demolition of the existing garage, to sever the existing double plot, construct an additional detached house and to construct a new detached garage.

The approved scheme proposes a simple traditional form in keeping with largely the traditional vernacular of Carroll Avenue. Materials such as render and plain tile that are typical characteristics of properties within the immediate area will be used.
