Portland Planning Approval
for large housing development
Following a lengthy planning application Western Design Architects are elated to have been granted full planning permission for 71 new houses in Easton, Portland, adjoining a Site of Nature Conservation Interest (SNCI).
This quality Dorset residential development includes a mix of market and affordable housing with a central public open space.
The new housing at Bumpers Lane will predominantly feature Portland stone, once quarried on the site, to reflect the local character of nearby properties.
Demolition of the existing buildings on site has already taken place and we very much look forward to construction commencing.
