Three cottages approved at Froyle Park, Alton
Planning permission won at Appeal
Planning approval has been obtained for three new cottages and demolish the existing garages at Froyle Park Estate and Country Club near Alton.
The application which was won at appeal, by planning consultants Luken Beck, was particularly difficult due to its close proximity to a Grade I listed church, adjacent Grade II* listed hotel and nearby listed barn conversions.
Western Design are really pleased to have gained this planning approval which forms part of a larger masterplanning scheme at Froyle Park.
