Wimborne Town Football Club
WDA were appointed by Wyatt Homes to design a replacement stadium on land south of Parmiter Drive in Wimborne. Planning approval was granted in July 2017 for this fantastic new facility and was completed in 2020.
Pitch Perfect
This was a fantastic opportunity to provide the football club with new and improved high quality training facilities for the team, including two new floodlit pitches and sheltered stands for up to 350 supporters.
Provision is also made for parking up to 200 cars and several coaches on site.
To see a stadium like this for a non-league club is beyond belief really, it’s top draw. It is amazing what they have done.
A new sporting facility for the community
The single storey club house facilities include; changing rooms, conference and function suites, club shop, kitchen and meeting rooms.
A separate building houses the groundsman’s , equipment store and other facilities located closer to the training pitch.
The new football club forms part of a wider approval of approximately 66 new family homes, 15 flats, 50 allotments, a teenage activity area and alternative Area of Natural Greenspace.

I had been to the old ground and to the previous stadium a few times, but this ground is another level. It makes you want to play football again.
