Western Design Architects are a multi award winning design based practice located near Blandford Forum in Dorset with an emphasis on design excellence. We are a versatile practice designing in both contemporary and traditional styles.
Located in the Dorset countryside, WDA are experienced mainly in the residential, commercial, leisure, agricultural and education sectors with projects mainly across the south coast of the UK. The practice is also an RIBA Registered Conservation Practice.

Social Events
As with any close knit team, we regularly enjoy many group activities and social events, both inside and outside of working hours. There are always opportunities to learn and have fun together which ultimately benefits our working environment.
Work experience
We are always keen to share our knowledge and enthusiasm with the next generation. Throughout the year we have a number of work experience placements available and often mentor students from the local area. Our students regularly leave their placements armed with the necessary skills to start the architectural journey.
