Contemporary coastal house under construction

Located in a prime beachfront location in Fareham, this stunning new house is taking shape.

We are pleased to see our replacement seaside house progressing well at Hill Head Road in Fareham.

Located on the beachfront, this new house will be clad with natural stone and charred timber, materials used along the coast in this seaside setting.  A standing seam zinc roof will receive fully bonded photovoltaic panels.

The external windows and doors will have a black powder coated finish and the south facing first floor balcony balustrade will be glass to provide unobstructed sea views.

We are looking forward to seeing this project completed!
