The plan involves demolishing the current south entrance and constructing a new single-storey glazed entrance and reception extension with a sedum green roof. The existing cladding will be painted dark grey, while the brickwork will be light grey, creating a monochrome palette that minimizes the development’s impact and gives it a modern, understated appearance.
