Motcombe Grange
‘The Grange’ was originally a small Prep-School spread across the site.
The Greensand stone late Victorian, Neo-Georgian house was retained to form the hub of a new development, providing 30 luxury independent retirement flats arranged around a series of courtyards.
The communal areas include a dining room, drawing room, snooker room with a bar, library, gym, treatment room and a hairdressing salon. A live in manager and other staff provide 24-hour cover for emergency calls or essential care.
