Social Responsibility

We try to make a positive difference to local communities and the wider environment, raise awareness of causes and encourage community spirit. The practice and staff are encouraged to participate in a wide range of local events with many supporting local charities

Young Professionals

With a programme of work placements and work experience for school children, we assist with the personal and professional development of future generations.

They experience working in a fun and professional office, learn how to use 3D modelling software, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and are often taken onto construction sites.  We mentor school of architecture university students and employ RIBA Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 students, actively supporting them throughout their studies and examinations.

School visits and Careers Fairs

We actively engage with the next generation, inspiring young minds and future architects.

We regularly visit local schools to give inspiring talks and assist in design workshops.  At secondary school level, we attend career fairs and engage with students considering a career in design, engineering and architecture.

Ecologi

We have joined up with Ecologi – an environmental organisation that facilitate the funding of carbon offset projects and tree planting around the world.

We have pledged to plant trees for every new planning approval we gain. For larger applications we will also help fund CO2 with contributions to wind and solar powered projects and initiatives preventing deforestation.

Watch our forest grow and find out more about the climate positive projects we support on our profile page. Find out how many trees we have planted on our footer at the bottom of the page.
