Wyke Farm – Successful Class Q Barn Conversion

We are very pleased with the outcome of this Class Q Prior Approval Barn Conversion located on a former farmyard site between Sherborne and Bradford Abbas in Dorset.

Class Q Converted barn into housing in farm location

This has been a very successful simple transformation of a derelict cow shed into three self contained 2 bed homes.

The existing drab concrete blocks have been clad with horizontal timber whilst the asbestos roof has been replaced with corrugated sheet metal, giving the building a modern agricultural aesthetic.
