Recently completed – Contemporary waterside home

Notable for its innovative design, seamless integration with its waterside setting, and commitment to sustainability, this harbourside family home along Branksea Avenue connects harmoniously with Poole Harbour’s breathtaking views and respects the unique character of the waterfront.

The completed house looks amazing and we are so pleased with the final photographs by Jonathan Gooding.

In addition to its thoughtful design, the house is a model of sustainability. Photovoltaic panels and battery storage provide more than enough energy to meet the home’s needs. The use of air-source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points further demonstrates the home’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact.

The choice of materials, chosen for their aesthetic appeal and durability in a harsh marine environment—reflects the natural palette of the area, ensuring the home feels as though it belongs in its setting.
