The outline planning approval is for a low density semi-rural housing development consisting of 23 new dwellings positioned between two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on land north of New road, Shaftesbury. The housing will consist of a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced homes, each with its own parking and private garden.
