Havant office renovation update

The refurbishments of Arena Offices latest addition to their portfolio of serviced offices, Langstone Gate are almost complete with the commercial building exterior and interior being totally transformed to give a modern, understated appearance.

A replacement single storey glazed extension, complete with sedum room creates a striking new entrance to the building. The original cladding of the building has been painted black, with a light grey brickwork.

Located next to a stream, works to the landscape are still underway, the bridge has been resurfaced and new planting and seating will create an attractive breakout space.
