Chesterfield Close
WDA designed this contemporary, one-off, four bed house to replace an ageing 60s bungalow in Chesterfield Close within the Branksome Park Conservation Area in Poole, Dorset.
The modern, minimal house is set over three floors. It is constructed with a supporting steel frame with masonry infill. The exterior skin is clad in local Purbeck limestone and pre-patinated Zinc cladding.
The southern elevation opens-up, maximising views into the garden with solar gain towards the southern elevations.
