Influence from neighbouring facades

It was important to ensure that the position of the new building maintained the sea views for the neighbours to the rear, and that they were not overshadowed in line with the “right to light” rule.

The aesthetic of the front elevation has taken influence from the rhythm of facades on neighbouring properties so that it successfully integrates into its surroundings. The scheme predominately utilises buff bricks which can be seen along the neighbouring roads.

Each unit has its own external terrace and artisan ironmongery features throughout. The apartments sit within a landscaped garden that incorporates covered cycle storage.
