Distinct character and Arts and Crafts aesthetics

The corner house, in particular is prominent in an Arts and Crafts style after C F A Voysey.

All surrounding properties have distinctive vernacular, traditional and contemporary features, blended to give these properties individual character. A mixed palette of brick, flint, timber, stone and render have been used across the development together with slate, tile and thatched roofs.

This development contributed to our clients Wyatt Homes being awarded ‘Small Builder of the Year Gold Award’ in the 2007 ‘What House’ awards.
