Low cost self-build

The new home was constructed on a tight budget with standard off the shelf fittings. Built into the hillside, the new house fits comfortably into the landscape of its sloping garden.

The layout of this lifetime home is purposely designed, incorporating a lift shaft, for the limited mobility of one of the owners.
