Following the completion of the Barn Conversion, WDA were appointed by the clients to undertake works to the main farmhouse.

The work included reroofing and insulating the property, removing all ‘plastic’ paint and replacing it with Keim mineral paint, and replacing the oversized modern chimneys with a new brick chimney.

Additional works involved renewing roof timbers, installing new windows, new bathroom fit outs, completing selected electrical improvements, and undertaking external drainage and landscaping.
