Berrybrook Farm progress update

Berrybrook Farm located north of Shaftesbury in Dorset is an extensive farm diversification project guided by a comprehensive masterplan to repair, extend and repurpose a range of historic and modern buildings, while removing redundant structures across the site.

New Holiday Lets. The conversion of the Listed curtilage Longbarn has now been completed. The building has been sensitively restored and landscaped to create two high-quality holiday lets set within the historic farmyard, enhancing both the character and viability of the site.

New House. In addition, works are now underway to construct the new ‘fall-back’ house at Berrybrook Farm, marking a further key milestone in the delivery of the wider masterplan.

Planning Consent for Garages and Annexe. Full and Listed Building Consent has been granted to convert Barn D into garaging and an annexe ancillary to the farmhouse. The scheme includes reconstructed elevations, a new roof, and internal adaptations, with no loss of historic fabric and no impact on the building’s heritage significance.
