We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Practice Manager to become a key part of our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of our office operations, and help support the continued success of our practice. If you’re proactive, organised and thrive in a multifaceted role, we’d love to hear from you.
You will work closely with the company directors, and our friendly, collaborative team to play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Applicants will be pro-active and must demonstrate excellent grammatical and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate IT proficiency in ‘Microsoft Excel and Word’.

The Applicant must have initiative to work under minimum supervision, with a positive, and flexible attitude required to carry out the following tasks:
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to Directors and the architectural team, maintain office systems, databases, and ensure a professional office environment.
- Finance & Payroll: Manage accounts, payroll information, cash flow reporting, project invoicing, client payments, supplier invoices, credit control, and aged debt.
- HR & Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, HR matters, employee records, annual leave, sickness, pensions, health schemes, staff policies, training, and timesheets.
- Compliance & Health & Safety: Manage insurance renewals, workplace health and safety, risk assessments, fire safety, first aid compliance, and support business continuity by deputising for the Practice Administrator.
What we offer
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience (circa £28,000–£38,000).
- Hours: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking.
