The site was originally occupied by a bungalow which took no advantage of the south facing panoramic views over Poole Harbour.
It took us five years and two refusals before Planning was eventually granted for this two-storey house. The aesthetics were very important and the composition comprising letterbox forms involved working closely with our client. A large open first floor living/dining/kitchen takes full advantage of the views.
Our client, a perfectionist, spent a great deal of time and energy ensuring that the interior finishes were to an exceptionally high standard.
