We work closely with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, developers and small builders to create affordable housing which is cost effective, good to live in and looks attractive. We design homes that break the stereotype of ‘council housing’, to achieve buildings that are tenure blind, desirable and suited to their surroundings. Affordable housing can take the form of flats, individual dwellings or even part of a mixed use/ retail scheme to maximise the potential of any site. Western Design has experience of projects of all scales, and we always adhere to Employers Requirements, Lifetime Homes, Code for Sustainable Homes & Building for Life Standards that are an essential part of any affordable housing scheme.
